Dave also has and extensive background in hotel remodeling and PIP completions including a variety projects with scopes of work ranging from small projects to major hotel overhaul.

Dave has been directly involved in:

77 room Super 8 hotel  remodel that included four hallways and three stairwells. All carpet was replaced, all rooms painted, including ceilings and accent wall.  All hallways and stairwells were painted. The entire project was completed in four weeks time and on budget.

80  room Quality Inn which was continually updated. The property remodel included replacing carpeting, painting as well as, remodeling a full-service restaurant.

160-room Holiday Inn including the enclosure of and outdoor pool converting it into a Holidome®which also Included the total remodeling of all public spaces, restaurant and lounge.

89 room Sleep Inn & Suites  complete removal of all furniture and carpeting; prepping rooms for new carpet; and replacement of all furniture.  Remodel of Lobby and Breakfast area.

Other projects included:

  • Building and opening a 43-room Super 8, including the  addition of 39 rooms along with an indoor pool
  • Oversaw the purchase and upgrade of a 69 room Super 8, which included the completion of a new owner PIP.
