Anita Sheppard

Anita Sheppard - It's All About Service, LLCAnita Sheppard can help you review and understand not only your financial statements, but provide suggestions and opportunities that will improve the financial health of your company.  Whether it be establishing better purchasing practices or finding ways to save through more effective knowledge of what appears on your bank statement, she can provide solutions.

Anita began her banking career with Standard Federal Bank in 1996 where she held the positions of teller, vault teller and worked as a part-time trainer concentrating on teller training, system updates, policy changes, loan training, and bank mergers.  She ended her tenure with Standard Federal Bank as an Assistant Manager in July 2002 when six northern SFB offices were sold to Northwestern Bank.   NWB promoted her to Office Manager when the merger was complete where she was in charge of the daily operation of the office.

She participated on two “Summit Groups” that upon completion of each group, made presentations to the President and Board of Directors suggesting policy/system changes to make the bank more efficient in both time and resources.  Both group presentations resulted in the adoption of the project.  Her involvement required hours of detailed research, which was completed while maintaining the office, her team, loan applications, and customer relations.

Anita received several honors for her efforts to promote the growth of the market and customer relations as she promoted NWB’s “I Can Do That” culture.  This was not just a culture, but Anita’s daily way of life.  Promoted to Assistant Vice President in January 2006, she held that title through the successful 2014 NWB merger with Chemical Bank until her retirement in January 2015.  Customer service was her passion and motivation during her entire professional career.

Community involvement is a way of life for Anita:
